i found the breakfast buffet delicious with variety. the lobby decor was beautiful and clean. helpful staff assisted with luggage transport to my next accommodation.
laundry machines were often occupied causing some delays. guests would sometimes leave their laundry unattended.

i found the location very convenient, close to a metro station and various bus routes. the guest lounge offered free snacks, a popular spot in the evenings. the onsen was relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
i had some trouble finding diverse dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, it was somewhat limiting.

i found the location convenient to a subway station. the room had blackout curtains which i appreciated. the onsen bath was a highlight i used daily.

oh my gosh , i had the best time here! the onsen was amazing , such a great way to relax after exploring. the free snacks and drinks in the basement were a total lifesaver , especially after a long day of sightseeing. i also loved how close it was to gojo station !

the room was clean and well-kept, acceptable.
The temperature control in the room was frustrating. I could not lower it below 20c. only duvets were available (i expected sheets). I felt quite hot at night. the pillow selection was also limited, resulting in neck discomfort.
